A Different Scale of Brief
What Makes Villa Interiors Different
A villa is not a larger flat. It is a home with its own spatial logic, its own character, and its own weight of expectation.
In a 2BHK or 3BHK, the design brief is largely defined by the configuration of the flat. In a villa, the designer has to find the logic themselves -- the entrance foyer sets a tone that every subsequent room must honour, the staircase is a spatial event rather than a utility, the double-height living areas demand a different approach to lighting and proportion than a standard ceiling ever would.
We approach villa interiors with the understanding that the home is meant to reflect the people who live in it, not a catalogue finish level. Our founder Vikas is directly involved in every villa project -- not as an administrator but as the designer who sits with you, understands your family's way of living, and translates that into a spatial language that feels personal rather than applied.
The design phase for a villa is longer, more iterative, and more important than for any other project type. We do not rush it. Execution follows only after the design is completely resolved and you have approved every room.
